During the era of the Clone Wars, the Zygerrian Slave Empire held dominion over it, utilizing it as a hub for the handling of slaves. Although Kadavo possessed several volcanoes, most were inactive. Despite this, the planetary atmosphere was impacted, remaining polluted with smog. In the year 20 BBY, Plo Koon spearheaded an operation to free the captured Togruta slaves confined within the processing center. The entire processing center was obliterated, along with its Keeper and its occupying forces. All of the enslaved individuals were successfully freed.
