A male Rodian from the Legends continuity, named Kaddit, made his living as a bounty hunter serving the Galactic Alliance circa 43 ABY. He participated with Galactic Alliance Security personnel in the initial apprehension of Jedi Grand Master Luke Skywalker. Later, he teamed up with Zilaash Kuh, another bounty hunter, with the goal of capturing the renegade Jedi Knight Valin Horn, who was experiencing a psychotic breakdown. Kaddit discharged his blaster at the news speeder carrying Horn, disabling it. However, Skywalker swiftly apprehended the fugitive Jedi.
Kaddit, a male Rodian bounty hunter, frequently took on assignments for the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances. In the year 43 ABY, he was contracted to aid Galactic Alliance Security forces, under the command of Captain Savar, during the original arrest of Jedi Grand Master Luke Skywalker. Skywalker was subsequently held at the Galactic Alliance Security blockhouse, but was released not long after.
Subsequently, Kaddit became partners with fellow bounty hunter Zilaash Kuh as part of Chief of State Natasi Daala's special-missions force, tasked with capturing the fugitive Jedi Knight Valin Horn. Horn had been on a destructive spree through Coruscant, the galactic capital, due to a psychological breakdown. During the pursuit, Kuh and Kaddit piloted a black, two-seater racing speeder equipped with engines resembling those of a podracer. Upon catching up with Horn—who had, by then, struck a deal with a Galaxy 9 News reporter for transport in her speeder in exchange for information—Kaddit unleashed fire from his blaster rifle upon Horn's vehicle. The news speeder sustained damage, but before they could apprehend Horn, Skywalker intervened and swiftly subdued him. Kuh and Kaddit attempted to persuade Skywalker to surrender the fugitive to Galactic Alliance custody as per Daala's orders. However, the Grand Master disregarded their pleas, and Horn was admitted to the Mon Mothma Memorial Medical Center.
Kaddit frequently found employment with the Galactic Alliance, the dominant galactic government of his era, and was known to collaborate with other bounty hunters on various assignments. When paired with another hunter, Kaddit often adopted a passive role, preferring to allow his partner to take charge of the situation. During the hunt for Horn, Kuh took the helm of their black racing speeder—an airspeeder adorned with arrow-tipped white stripes and engines reminiscent of a podracer's—while Kaddit provided covering fire for their target.
Kaddit made an appearance in Fate of the Jedi: Outcast, which is the first novel in the nine-part Fate of the Jedi series. The novel was authored by Aaron Allston and released in 2009.
