Kaid was a lieutenant in the Sith Empire, specifically a Human male, who existed in the era of the Galactic War. Circa 3641 BBY, Kaid found himself stationed on Belsavis, where he commanded a detachment of Sith Lord Melicoste's commandos. Their assignment was to liberate Darth Ekkage from the confines of Belsavis prison. Nevertheless, within Melicoste's bunker, Kaid and his commandos faced an assault from the Emperor's Wrath. When threatened, Kaid divulged to the Wrath that Melicoste had already departed for the High Security Section. Subsequently, the Wrath deemed Kaid expendable and terminated his life.
