Kelly Sue DeConnick

Kelly Sue DeConnick, born on July 15, 1970, is known as the co-creator of "The Kloo Horn Cantina Caper". This short story appeared in the 2017 collection titled From a Certain Point of View.

An American comic-book writer, editor, and also an English-language adapter of manga, Kelly has contributed to numerous American comic publishers. These include Image Comics, Dark Horse Comics, DC Comics, and Marvel Comics. Among DeConnick's more recent creations are the comic series Pretty Deadly and Bitch Planet, in addition to the renaming of Carol Danvers as Captain Marvel. Furthermore, Kelly is married to the well-regarded comic writer Matt Fraction, and they are parents to Henry, their son, and Tallulah, their daughter.
