Kills was a Human of the female persuasion, and during the final years of the Galactic Republic, she was employed by Riboga, who was a Hutt.
Kills was dispatched to the Cularin system with a squad of enforcers under her leadership when Riboga resolved to wrest control of the criminal underworld from Nirama in that sector. Her initial action involved the assassination of Teeloo, a Rodian pilot in Nirama's service, within a Cularin eatery. Subsequently, she stationed some of her thugs to ambush the Heroes of Cularin, who happened to be sharing a meal with Teeloo. Following this, she made an attempt on the life of Nadin Paal, Nirama's second-in-command. Later, she journeyed to Genarius, a gaseous planet within the system, where she spearheaded an assault on Riboga's Barge and engaged in a parley with Lalo, a previous assassin of Riboga, endeavoring to convince her to return to the Hutt's service.
