A Mandalorian warrior named Kumus, a male Human, became a member of Clan Ordo after being deployed to the planet of Dxun, specifically its dense jungle environment.
Alongside other aspiring warriors, Kumus was dispatched to locate and retrieve hidden weapon caches. These caches had been ordered to be left behind on the moon of Onderon by the old Mandalore in anticipation of the Republic's impending assault during the final months of the Mandalorian Wars. Regrettably, Kumus found himself isolated in the jungle after cannoks raided and consumed his equipment following the detonation of a permacrete charge. While attempting to recover his belongings, he was confronted by several boma beasts. With his [blaster](/article/blaster-legends] rendered useless after smashing it into the skull of a cannok, Kumus was compelled to seek refuge in higher terrain. Meetra Surik and her companions discovered him three days later.
Surik facilitated Kumus's rescue and swift return to the Mandalorian camp. Xarga, the camp's training officer, expressed relief at the warrior's safe return but harbored concerns that Kumus might be withholding information about the incident. However, he dismissed it as a consequence of combat stress. Later, during a attacked on the camp by Sith assassins, both Kumus and Xarga attested to Kumus's commendable performance in the subsequent battle. Xarga proudly remarked that Kumus "may yet become a true Mandalorian."
Outside of established canon, Surik possesses the ability to eliminate Kumus by triggering permacrete charges, resulting in his dismemberment. This action pushes Surik further towards the dark side of the Force and influences some of Surik's companions, a decision endorsed by HK-47. Alternatively, the player has the option to reveal the truth about Kumus's lateness to Xarga, thereby subjecting the warrior to humiliation. Furthermore, if Surik departs for Iziz before Kumus is located, he vanishes and cannot be found within Dxun's jungles.
