Kuseph Jovi is a fictional male character that Republic Senator Padmé Amidala invented as a false identity. She used this guise while searching for her missing handmaiden on the planet of Batuu during 19 BBY. The senator brought up Jovi in a conversation about her H-type Nubian yacht with an unidentified human. Furthermore, when Janott, the bartender, inquired about her purpose, she described a trade involving the starship and this imaginary person.

While searching for her former handmaiden, Duja, on the planet of Batuu in 19 BBY, Senator Padmé Amidala asked another human about Kuseph Jovi as part of her fabricated story. This conversation also involved her H-type Nubian yacht. The man assumed the fabricated individual was female, leading Amidala to wonder if he knew of Duja and assumed Jovi was her. Subsequently, the senator referred to Jovi as male, detailing a transaction with the false individual regarding the starship. When the human inquired about the price Jovi was paying, Amidala claimed to not know this detail.
The other human directed Amidala to a cantina in Black Spire Outpost, where the bartender, Janott, questioned her intentions. She explained to the bartender that she was seeking Jovi, but Janott responded that no one by that name was present. Amidala then elaborated on her business involving the starship, suggesting that the fictional man might be from off-planet and questioning his choice of Batuu as a meeting place.
The character Kuseph Jovi was referenced in the 2018 novel Thrawn: Alliances, which was authored by Timothy Zahn.
