Light pen

Medical light pens were devices utilized to direct a focused beam of light onto a patient. During an examination of the detainee Ulaf, Rhasiv employed the pen to project light into Ulaf's orbs in an attempt to elicit a response. However, due to the extensive cerebral hemorrhage Ulaf had experienced, no response was observed, leading Rhasiv to ultimately administer lethal injection to the patient.
