Ulaf, also known as Uli, was a Galactic Empire prisoner on Narkina 5, identified as a human male. He performed labor at Table Five inside of Unit Five-Two-D. Doctor Rhasiv, a medical technician at the facility, declared Ulaf brain-dead forty shifts before his scheduled release. This was due to a stroke, which was brought on by his advanced age combined with the demanding conditions of his work. Subsequently, he was euthanized and passed away without pain. Before his passing, Ulaf had been incarcerated at the prison longer than any other prisoner.
The character Ulaf was featured in "Narkina 5," the eighth episode of Andor's first season, which premiered on October 26, 2022. Christopher Fairbank played Ulaf.
