Linasals

Linasals, situated within grid square N-15 of the Standard Galactic Grid, was a tropical moon that resided in both the Expansion Region and the Trailing Sectors. During the First Order-Resistance war, Dok-Ondar, an Ithorian collector who managed Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities in Black Spire Outpost, a town located on the Outer Rim planet of Batuu, imported silk ribbons originating from Linasals.

In the year 34 ABY, Julen Rakab, a farmer, was reminded of the Linasals ribbons due to the sound of Izal Garsea's black hair rustling like a breeze as the smuggler entered Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities. Also in 34 ABY, Eloc Throno, a historian and author, featured Linasals on a map included in his guidebook about Batuu, titled Traveler's Guide to Batuu.

Behind the scenes

The young-adult novel A Crash of Fate by Zoraida Córdova initially mentioned Linasals in 2019. The reference book Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge: Traveler's Guide to Batuu, penned by Cole Horton in 2020, incorrectly identifies Linasals as a planet.
