Luzalite, a planet, remained relatively obscure during the High Republic Era, at least until the time period in question. The lord Kozmo Sundrel IV originated hailing from this world, and a specific type of diamond was also native to Luzalite; Sundrel's Luzalite diamond medallion was created from this very material. In 396 BBY, Sundrel began to participate in events across the galaxy. In that year, when Reena University student Axel Greylark discussed his growing bond with Sundrel with his father, Galactic Republic Senator Lexxir Greylark, Lexxir made reference to the planet where Sundrel was from.
Zoraida Córdova's short story, "The Queen's Bloom," featured Luzalite; the story was included in The High Republic: Tales of Light and Life, a young-adult anthology released in 2023 as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia initiative.
