Lysennius Melchiro, a Human male, served as a political figure. He was designated as the governor of Balmorra by the reconstituted Sith Empire in the aftermath of the Great Galactic War. Due to his incompetent governance, the Balmorran resistance managed to establish a significant presence. This situation led the Dark Council to dispatch Darth Lachris to assume authority. Repulsed by his failings, Lachris employed Force choked to murder the governor, thereby seizing control of Balmorra.
The only appearance of Governor Melchiro is a short scene where Darth Lachris uses Force-choke against him.
