Margengai glide

The margengai glide was a form of music for dancing, characterized by its brisk and cheerful tempo. Furthermore, the phrase could also refer to a physical action, one that fathiers were capable of executing.

The margengai glide had become a well-liked dance tune for a number of decades by approximately 230 BBY. During an attack by the Nihil in the Echerta system against the starship Vessel while it was traveling to Starlight Beacon, pilot Leox Gyasi used the margengai glide, broadcasting it over the communication channels to create a diversion for the pirates, thus enabling civilian ships to get away. Jedi Master Elzar Mann, a passenger on the transport, felt the music choice was highly inappropriate given the situation of a space battle. Gyasi, however, considered the glide to be one of his favorite songs, and he kept it playing even after the Vessel made its escape into hyperspace.

At a later time, Murro, a fathier, was described as not being very good at performing the margengai glide in some initial promotional materials for Vontor's Eve events held at the Grakkus Arena. These materials were shown to Grakkus the Hutt by Toren.
