The Meryx, circa 40 BBY, was a Gozanti-class cruiser under the ownership of Pax Maripher, a gemstone thief. Rahara Wick served as co-pilot aboard the vessel. Prior to Wick's arrival, Maripher had difficulty retaining pilots due to his eccentric personality. He implemented alterations to the ship's systems, which included the addition of a specialized scanner-blocking field. A compact starfighter known as the Facet was housed within the lower cargo bay.
