Mission to Son-tuul

Between the years of 3 ABY and 4 ABY, the bounty hunter known as IG-88 embarked on a mission to the planet Son-tuul. This undertaking was on behalf of the Galactic Empire, with the objective of capturing the leaders of the Son-tuul Pride. The Empire had issued a bounty for these individuals due to their assistance to Crimson Dawn. As Rodian members of the Pride attempted to depart Son-tuul from the Son-tuul Spaceport on a shuttle, IG-88 made his presence known. He declared his demand for the immediate surrender of the leaders, granting them a mere twenty-five seconds before resorting to terminal force. In response, a leader of the Son-tuul Pride threatened the hunter for daring to engage them. IG-88 simply reiterated his authorization to use terminal force if they failed to comply, informing them that only eighteen seconds remained.

In the spaceport, as IG-88 remained stationary, a Rodian questioned the droid's actions. IG-88 clarified that he was awaiting either their surrender or the expiration of the allotted time for compliance. The Rodians then initiated an attack, opening fire on IG-88. Another Rodian declared their willingness to die rather than surrender, a condition IG-88 accepted. Subsequently, IG-88 returned fire, killing two Rodians. The leader lamented that the situation could not end in such a way, given that it was only one droid. The remaining Rodian charged at the droid. IG-88 seized them by the throat, expressing his gratitude for facilitating their demise, and proceeded to break the Rodian's neck before discarding the body. The leader then capitulated, reminding IG-88 of his promise of mercy upon surrender. The droid, however, shot the leader, explaining that the offer of surrender had lapsed eight seconds prior.

With the Rodians eliminated, IG-88 recorded the bounty's completion. He then received a new request from the Empire for another bounty: Vukorah, the Grand Leader of the Unbroken Clan, which IG-88 accepted.
