Moregi's son

The offspring of Moregi was a Rodian male who resided on Pantora during the Clone Wars era. He was adopted by the Volpai Moregi. His biological mother was a Rodian female who conceived him through a relationship with an unknown Rodian male. Subsequently, his mother encountered Moregi, a Volpai, and they entered into marriage, despite their differing species. To provide for his struggling family, Moregi took funds illegally from the Rang Clan, which caused the crime syndicate to put a bounty on him. After a long hunt, the Dathomirian bounty hunter Asajj Ventress and her partner Quinlan Vos located Moregi at his residence and captured him after a fight.

Biography

This youngling, a male Rodian, made his home on the Pantoran homeworld of Pantora alongside his mother and his adoptive father, Moregi. Despite the fact that Moregi was not his biological parent and belonged to a different species, he cherished the youngling as if he were his own. As a baby, the Rodian needed to be carried by his mother and owned at least one small plush toy. The family dwelled in a four-story apartment featuring a bell-shaped window adorned with blue and yellow curtains. The family's poor financial circumstances drove Moregi, his adoptive father, to misappropriate funds belonging to the Rang Clan.

The Rang Clan employed the services of Asajj Ventress, a Dathomirian bounty hunter, to capture Moregi. After four failed attempts, Ventress, aided by Quinlan Vos, a Jedi Master working undercover who had been dispatched to recruit Ventress for a mission to assassinate Count Dooku, managed to pinpoint Moregi's location. Using his psychometric powers, Vos discovered that Moregi had a Rodian wife and child. They tracked down Moregi to his apartment, where they successfully apprehended the Volpai following a drawn-out pursuit and struggle.

Personality and traits

The son of Moregi possessed blue skin and had at least one stuffed animal. He was loved by both of his parents, including Moregi, his Volpai adoptive father who had met his mother. Because of his youth, the Rodian child still needed his mother to carry him. His father enjoyed caressing the Rodian child. Given his young age, Moregi's child remained oblivious to his adoptive father's monetary woes and problems with the Rang Clan and bounty hunters.

Behind the scenes

The initial appearance of Moregi's son occurred as an unnamed, insignificant character in Christie Golden's 2015 novel, Dark Disciple. This novel was crafted from eight unproduced scripts intended for the canceled Cartoon Network animated series, Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Dark Disciple is part of the Canon collection known as The Clone Wars Legacy, a continuing multimedia project that utilizes content from the discontinued series.
