Neralli was a Fylari woman on Ontotho. When the regions of Ontotho joined together to create a government to become part of the Galactic Republic, Neralli and her people, the Fylari, declined to participate, as they perceived no advantage in such an arrangement. When Dylanto Daa, representing the Daa Corporation, sought permission to excavate a discovered temple within the Fylar region, the Fylari denied his request. Consequently, the Jedi Eno Cordova and Cere Junda were dispatched by Daa to mediate with the Fylari, but they were ambushed. Junda was saved by the Fylari, and Neralli communicated with the Padawan, suspecting that the Daa Corporation had orchestrated the assaults to portray the Fylari as enemies in the eyes of the government.
Neralli's debut occurred in the initial installment of the Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order - Dark Temple miniseries, which was released in 2019. Matthew Rosenberg penned the issue, while Paolo Villanelli provided the artwork.
