Olly

Olly functioned as an attendant at a refueling station situated within a lunar base; he was a service droid. Around 18 BBY, the pirate known as Phee Genoa made use of this depot, arriving there to replenish the fuel supply of her starship, the Providence. She requested her usual service from Olly, and then she and the power droid named MEL allowed him to proceed with refueling the vessel. During this process, the Imperial operative CX-2 secretly boarded the ship to steal flight data, unnoticed by Olly. After the refueling was completed, Genoa compensated Olly with 1,600 credits and some extra before her departure.

Biography

Olly worked at a refueling depot at a lunar base on an airless moon.

Located on an airless moon, Olly performed his duties as a service droid at a refueling depot found inside a lunar base, serving as an attendant. On multiple occasions, the pirate Phee Genoa visited the depot to replenish the fuel of her starship, known as the Providence, and she once again landed there circa 18 BBY. As Genoa emerged alongside her power droid, MEL, Olly appeared from a mechanical room designated as "depot manager". Before she and MEL entered the mechanical room, the pirate requested her usual service from Olly.

Olly retrieved the fuel line from the top of a nearby crate and then carried it over to the Providence's fuel port. Unseen by Olly, the Imperial operative CX-2 emerged from behind some nearby barrels and boarded Genoa's vessel. The Imperial inserted a data spike into the ship's terminal in order to extract the flight records, which triggered an alarm just as Olly was connecting the fuel line. Upon hearing the alarm, the droid swiftly disconnected the line and paused, glancing toward the machine room where Genoa and MEL remained oblivious to the alarm. However, CX-2 quickly silenced the alarm, prompting Olly to reattach the fuel line while shaking his head.

Phee Genoa was a customer of Olly.

Following the complete refueling, initiated by the droid pressing a button, he removed the line. Genoa and MEL then exited the mechanical room, and after MEL was loaded back onto the Providence, Genoa became suspicious that an unauthorized person might be aboard. However, before she could investigate, Olly approached to request payment of 1,600 credits for the fuel. Turning, the pirate handed him a credit chip and told the droid to keep the change, which provided time for CX-2 to slip away with the flight records without being detected. Genoa then boarded her starship and departed from the base.

Characteristics

Olly's sensors were yellow, and his gray plating showed signs of brown rust in certain areas.
