Orlo was a male Ewok inhabiting Bright Tree Village located on the Forest Moon of Endor. His role was that of a bordok master, with his duties including the cleaning of the village's bordok enclosures. In the year 3 ABY, Orlo gained an assistant named Wicket Wystri Warrick, a young Ewok who hadn't succeeded in his skills test to become a warrior. However, Warrick soon departed from this role, choosing to pursue his aspirations of becoming a warrior once more.

On the forested moon of Endor, situated in the Outer Rim Territories, lived Orlo, a male Ewok. He was a member of the tribe residing in Bright Tree Village, where he held the position of bordok master for the village. Around 3 ABY, Chief Chirpa assigned the young Ewok Wicket Wystri Warrick to be Orlo's assistant stable sweeper after Warrick failed his skills test to become a warrior. Chirpa brought Warrick to Orlo, who welcomed the younger Ewok and said training would begin the next day.
Warrick became discouraged with his dream of becoming a warrior and accepted his duties as Orlo's assistant. However, after being scolded by his friend Latara, Warrick left the village and went to the Cavern of Broken Dreams. When Latara, along with her friends Teebo and Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka, followed Warrick to the cavern and were attacked by a ferocious creature, Warrick defended them. With the creature defeated and his warrior dream renewed, Warrick gave his stable sweeping equipment to a disheartened lucksprite and suggested that he apply to be Orlo's assistant. Sometime later, when the wokling Malani was doubting her skills as a painter, Warrick told her his story of becoming Orlo's assistant.
Orlo's responsibility as the designated bordok master for Bright Tree Village was the maintenance and cleaning of the village stables. Bordoks, which were similar to pony-like pack animals, often developed close relationships with their caretakers. It was a low-level position.
Orlo's appearance occurred during a flashback scene in "Just My Luck," which was the eighteenth episode of the second season of the animated series Ewoks. The episode's script was penned by Michael Dubil, and it was initially broadcast on November 22, 1986.
