Panini, a German business, is responsible for publishing the German editions of various Star Wars periodicals, including Star Wars Rebels_ Magazine, Star Wars - Das offizielle Magazin (also known as Star Wars - The Official Magazine), and Star Wars Fun & Action, among others.
Furthermore, beginning in 2007, Panini has been translating and publishing German versions of Star Wars comics and mangas. These are sourced from Marvel Comics, Dark Horse Comics, IDW Publishing, Viz Media, and Yen Press. Additionally, they handle the German translations of novels for younger audiences, young adult novels, and short story collections originating from Disney–Lucasfilm Press. They are also responsible for publishing novels that are associated with video games.
