The Jogan Fruit Parfait is one such example; this purple and white confection was devised by Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs, involving alternating layers of jogan fruit, sugary creams, and jellies. His recipe appeared in The Life Day Cookbook, his second cookbook, which followed the publication of his initial cookbook sometime after 34 ABY.
Within current Star Wars canon, the parfait received a mention in Star Wars: The Life Day Cookbook, a 2021 recipe collection authored by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak.
