Phi-Ton was a Voss male from Voss, who lived through the Cold War. He was the sibling of Yana-Ton, and the offspring of Bas-Ton. He made his home in his father's tea shop, located in the Judicial Quarter within the Voss-Ka city. His gender was male.
Before the year 3640 BBY, Bas-Ton met his end and was substituted by an impostor. This replacement was orchestrated by the Imperial Intelligence of the Sith Empire. His offspring, and even his brother Therod-Ton, were completely unaware of the switch. About 3640 BBY, Cipher Nine, an Imperial Agent, paid multiple visits to the tea shop, feigning friendship with the family. Cipher's true intention was to gain contact and support from the Bas-Ton impostor for their shared objective: locating the Shining Man. The Bas-Ton impostor was eventually eliminated by Cipher's past adversaries. Phi-Ton mourned the death, remaining ignorant of the actual circumstances surrounding his father's demise.
