PTZ-1K, with alternative designations of Peeteezee-Onekay or simply Peeteezee, functioned as a Prowler 1000 seeker droid and was employed in the role of a spy by the forces of the Galactic Empire. This particular droid, PTZ-1K, was strategically positioned on a CR90 corvette with the objective of gathering intelligence on the House of Organa, who were covertly working in opposition to the Empire. Initially, the protocol droid known as C-3PO remained oblivious to PTZ's deceptive nature. However, the astromech droid R2-D2 detected the seeker in the act of trying to utilize the communications array in order to transmit information to the Empire. Ultimately, with assistance from both C-3PO and R2-D2, Captain Raymus Antilles apprehended PTZ-1K, with the goal of performing a wipe of its memory banks.
