Qu Rahn

Qu Rahn was an individual whose name was etched into the wall of a secure location on the planet of Mapuzo circa 9 BBY. This safehouse was part of a larger network utilized by the Hidden Path's members. Their purpose was to secretly transport Jedi and other Force-sensitives away from the oppressive rule of the Galactic Empire. These individuals were taken to the world of Jabiim, where they were provided with new identities, allowing them to live in secrecy.

Behind the scenes

Qu Rahn in the Star Wars Legends continuity

Within current Star Wars canon, Qu Rahn received a mention in the trivia section of the episode guide associated with the third episode of the Obi-Wan Kenobi television show, which was broadcast on June 1, 2022. The guide indicated that Rahn's name was included as one of several nods to characters originating from the Star Wars Legends continuity, all of which were inscribed on the wall of the safe house set constructed for the episode. However, it's worth noting that Rahn's name is not visually discernible in the final version of the episode. In Legends continuity, Qu Rahn was initially referenced in the 1997 novella titled Dark Forces: Soldier for the Empire authored by William C. Dietz. He was created for the 1997 video game Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II, marking his initial appearance.
