Raid on Nilash III

The Raid targeting Nilash III represents an operation executed by the Freedom Fleet, spearheaded by Jedi Knight Kerra Holt, which aimed at the Daimanate's weapons manufacturing hub situated on Nilash III. This offensive successfully disrupted the manufacture of weapons throughout Sith Lord Daiman's dominion. This was achieved by liberating the enslaved workforce, which was a cheap and readily expendable labor source, and by seizing a potent laser instrument crucial for slicing cortosis. Because Holt continued to resist his control over his territory, Daiman instructed his Woostoid assistant, Uleeta, to conceal the incident in return for a number of transports.

History

Description

Following the Freedom Fleet's successful withdrawal from Chelloa after the planet's surface was destroyed by kinetic corruptors, the fleet set course for Aquilaris, Kerra Holt's aquatic home planet. On their journey, Holt infiltrated Nilash III, a jungle planet within the Daimanate and the location of a munitions factory supporting the Sith Lord's war efforts. Under the cover of darkness, Kerra managed to liberate the native enslaved workers, who then vanished into the surrounding jungles. In addition, she made off with a powerful laser designed for cutting cortosis and proceeded to use it to decapitate statues of Daiman. Following the events on Chelloa, Daiman had ordered all statues of himself to be coated in cortosis after Kerra damaged several of them as an act of defiance.

Aftermath

At daybreak, Daiman, accompanied by his female Woostoid aide Uleeta, who governed Nilash III, inspected the munitions factory. Uleeta informed her master that due to Kerra's actions, war production across the realm had been negatively impacted. The destruction of Chelloa had deprived the Daimanate of a critical supply of baradium, thereby hindering the war effort against his rival Lord Odion and the Galactic Republic. Given that this raid represented both a political and military triumph for Daiman's adversaries, the Sith Lord commanded Uleeta to suppress the news of Holt's escape from Chelloa and the recent raid in exchange for several transports. Daiman quickly deduced that Holt was responsible for the raid, as no agent of Odion would have freed slaves. Upon discovering a circle of beheaded statues resembling himself, Daiman understood that Holt intended to demonstrate her existence, thereby challenging his delusional narcissistic cult belief that he was the Creator of the universe and that all other beings were merely his "created" illusions.
