Razere was a Jedi within the Jedi Order during the High Republic Era, and he possessed the ability to use the Force. Back in 399 BBY, he was at the Jedi Temple located on the Core Worlds planet of Coruscant, where he happened to hear a Jedi Master discussing plans to separate the Jedi Padawans Porter Engle and Barash Silvain. The Masters of the temple's felt that the pair were developing too strong of a bond. Following this, Razere shared this information with Engle, who in turn, relayed it to Silvain. Subsequently, Silvain devised a plan to bring them back together.
Razere's character appeared in flashback sequences of the second issue of the comic miniseries Star Wars: The High Republic — The Blade from 2022, which was a part of Phase II of the larger Star Wars: The High Republic project. Charles Soule wrote the issue, and Marvel Comics released it on January 25, 2023.
