The astronomical body Ubrikkia, situated in the Mid Rim, was taken back from the Hutt Clan's dominion in 228 BBY by the Galactic Republic's Republic Defense Coalition. Commander Velko Jahen of the Republic informed Jedi Master Elzar Mann some days afterward about Ubrikkia's recapture, in conjunction with the Republic's recapture of Ookbat.
The comic series Star Wars: The High Republic (2023), specifically its first issue, included a reference to the Ubrikkia recapture. This issue was a part of Phase III of the larger Star Wars: The High Republic initiative across various media. Marvel Comics released it on November 8, 2023, with Cavan Scott as the writer.
