Redeye was a clone trooper of the 501st Legion, fighting for the Grand Army of the Republic throughout the Clone Wars. During a skirmish_aboard_the_coronet on the Coronet, Redeye died alongside their comrade Mixer, battling SD-K4 assassin probes. that belonged to Senator Tal Merrik.
Redeye, like all clones, possessed a height of 1.83 meters and a tan complexion. In contrast to Mixer's more jovial attitude during their assignment on the Coronet, Redeye exhibited a greater degree of seriousness and caution. Furthermore, Redeye displayed anxiety regarding missions conducted in darkness, a fact that Mixer playfully mocked during their shared operation.
While serving on the Coronet, Redeye's weapon of choice was a DC-15A blaster carbine. They also wore Phase I clone trooper armor, complete with flashlights attached to their helmet. Distinctive blue stripes adorned their arm plates, identifying them as a member of the 501st Legion, and their helmet featured a unique personalized logo and a blue triangle marking displayed prominently in the center.
The character of Redeye made their debut in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars episode "Voyage of Temptation," which was originally broadcast on February 5, 2010. Dee Bradley Baker provided the voice for Redeye, as he did for all clone troopers featured in the animated series.
