RO-Z67 was a profoundly altered RO-series childcare and nanny droid that served Darth Sidious, the Dark Lord of the Sith, throughout the Clone Wars. RO-Z67 operated from a clandestine base located on the world of Mustafar, where it collaborated with a group of Force-attuned youngsters. These children had been abducted by bounty hunter Cad Bane under the direction of Sidious. Sidious intended to mold these children into dark side agents; however, RO-Z67 met its end when Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan learner Ahsoka Tano liberated the children.
