Roonlo, also known as Roonlo the Stalker, was a male Aqualish gangster who tormented Riley. Before and during the Iron Blockade that Imperial Governor Ubrik Adelhard imposed on the Anoat sector, he mailed her Muckrat Skulls every month. He and Riley's father were at odds. Before The Smuggler caused his death, he voiced a desire for Riley, demanding that she be handed over to him.
