During the Thrawn campaign, a genetic duplicate of the Jedi Master Kyle Katarn, known as Runner, was created via cloning. He came into existence on an unnamed frozen moon in the Unknown Regions, together with a number of other clones. Runner was among the most faithful followers of Seer, the clones' leader.
In the year 41 ABY, the clones managed to break free from their years-long imprisonment on the moon; however, Runner, along with almost all the clones except Soldier, contracted a disease. Seer assured them that Mother would provide a cure. Sadly, Runner's life ended en route to Mother, as he engaged in combat with Nyss Nenn.
