Sassi worked as a waitress of the human female variety at Plop Dribble's located on Stobar in the era of the Clone Wars. In this time period, Savage Opress, a Zabrak from Dathomir, made an appearance at the restaurant and proceeded to strangle Sassi. Loubo, who owned the establishment, instructed the droid named Marwigo to alert law enforcement; however, Opress had already departed. Law enforcement officials, along with Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan Ahsoka Tano, then arrived and assisted Sassi in regaining her composure.
