Loubo, occasionally called Lou, held the position of chef at Plop Dribble's located on Stobar. During Savage Opress's attack on his human coworker Sassi, Loubo was there and tried to stop it, but Savage threw Sassi at him, knocking him back. Afterward, he became agitated and threatened the Jedi pair Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano with a frying pan when they hurriedly entered and checked on his coworker, only to be scolded by a police droid. After apologizing, Loubo assisted Sassi in standing up and extended a complimentary meal to the two Jedi.
