A brief conflict took place on the planet Dagobah amidst the larger Yuuzhan Vong War.
A collection of Shamed Ones succeeded in commandeering a vessel from an Intendant and subsequently journeyed to Dagobah, their objective being to locate the prophesied world.
Tahiri Veila, who was initially present on Dagobah to visit the Dark Side Cave, quickly discovered that she was being pursued by members of the Yuuzhan Vong.
The Shamed Ones, being pursued by the Yuuzhan Vong warriors, joined forces with Tahiri. The Shamed Ones possessed clubs as their weapons, which placed them at a disadvantage when compared to the Amphistaffs wielded by the Yuuzhan Vong warriors.
The engagement was brief; it quickly devolved into a situation where Tahiri and a tracker of the Shamed Ones were pitted against three Yuuzhan Vong Warriors. Tahiri eliminated two of the warriors, and the tracker successfully managed to impale the final Yuuzhan Vong (who also held the position of leader) using his own Amphistaff.
Tahiri and the tracker, who identified himself as Hul Qat, went into hiding. Hul then inquired whether Dagobah was the planet envisioned by their Prophet. Aware that his death was imminent, Tahiri provided a false affirmation. Hul then requested that she inform Yu'shaa about this. Tahiri truthfully pledged to fulfill this request.
