Soot

Soot functioned as a clone trooper within the Grand Army of the Republic, taking orders from both Captain Styles and Commander Grey. He was a clone sergeant, created through cloning from the genetic template of the bounty hunter Jango Fett.

Behind the scenes

In Kanan 2, which marked Soot's initial appearance, Jedi Padawan Caleb Dume killed Soot on the planet Kaller when Order 66 was executed. It's worth noting that Soot's presence was absent from the Kaller-based Order 66 events portrayed in the "Aftermath" episode.
