- The book erroneously claims Anakin mastered Form IV of lightsaber combat , when other sources depict him as a user of Form V .
- The book incorrectly attributes Barriss Offee's tattoos to Chalactan nature. In contrast, the MedStar Duology accurately identifies their origin as Mirialan nature. [2]
- Elan Sel'Sabagno is depicted with ears, a feature absent in the film where he possesses antennapalps. Although Sel'Sabagno initially had ears in the film, Industrial Light & Magic later removed them, as confirmed by Pablo Hidalgo, thereby retconing his cinematic appearance. Nevertheless, Sel'Sabagno action figures were produced with ears instead of antennapalps. [3]
- Similar to some early drafts of the film's script, Jamillia's name appears as "Jamilla". [4]
- Rune Haako is mistakenly identified as Gilramos Libkath .
- Zam Wesell's gender, consistent with many other reference books, is listed as "unknown." However, her Databank entry clarifies her as female . [5] Additionally, the comic book one-shot Star Wars: Zam Wesell specifies that Wesell is "sometimes" female due to her being a Clawdite . [6]
