The Western Hemisphere Station Control served as one of the four control hubs for the Galactic Empire's Death Star. It was responsible for managing activities on the western side of the space station. Pamel Poul and Sheard were among those who held the position of commander there. This control station, along with the entire Death Star, met its end in the Battle of Yavin during the year 0 BBY.
The initial depiction of the Western Hemisphere Station Control occurred within "End of Watch," a concise narrative authored by Adam Christopher. This story saw its release on November 3, 2017, as part of the From a Certain Point of View collection.
