This structure served as the central base of operations for the Sugi criminal kingpin Faazah. Following the theft of the Carrion Spike, Darth Vader and Moff Wilhuff Tarkin journeyed to the location to procure a vessel from Faazah. They seized control of his ship, known as the Parsec Predator, after issuing a threat of execution against the Sugi's relatives. Subsequent to the lord's demise, they came back accompanied by a group of stormtroopers to eliminate the Sugi's subordinates.
