Within the present Star Wars canon, the character of Syrh Rhoams appeared in Star Wars Character Encyclopedia: Updated and Expanded, a reference work from 2016 authored by Simon Beecroft along with Pablo Hidalgo. The section about Rhoams in the updated book remained the same as in Star Wars Character Encyclopedia, an earlier version of the book that was only written by Beecroft and released in 2011. This earlier book was the initial appearance of Rhoams within the Star Wars Legends storyline.
