Rystáll Sant, a Theelin-human hybrid of the female persuasion, plied her trade as a singer and dancer for the renowned Max Rebo Band. During the era of the Galactic Civil War, she graced the stage with her performances alongside the band within the walls of Jabba the Hutt's palace.

Rystáll Sant, a Theelin-human hybrid, found herself adopted by Ortolan musicians residing on Coruscant. Possessing an artistic nature, a trait common among Theelins, she also had a graceful physique befitting a dancer. Her presence captured the attention of various individuals, and she received a cape as a gift from an admirer named Syrh Rhoams. Regrettably, she fell victim to deception and was forced into slavery by a lieutenant serving the Black Sun criminal syndicate. Later, Lando Calrissian secured Sant's freedom, and her Ortolan parents orchestrated her engagement as a singer and dancer with the Max Rebo Band.

Sant journeyed with the band to perform at more prominent events. Her extensive career included singing in the palace of Jabba the Hutt, a notorious crime lord, during the Galactic Civil War. Shortly before members of the Alliance to Restore the Republic rescued the captive Han Solo from Jabba's Palace, Sant and her fellow bandmates performed "Jedi Rocks" for Jabba's court. Her performance captured the attention of famed bounty hunter Boba Fett.
The following day, after Leia's capture during an attempt to rescue Han Solo, Luke Skywalker made his appearance in the palace, engaging in negotiations with Jabba to secure the release of his companions. Sant, along with the other members of the Max Rebo Band, were present during this encounter. Sant witnessed Jabba's act of casting Luke into the pit, his subsequent battle against the rancor, and his eventual triumph in slaying the creature. Sant and the rest of the band were impressed that Skywalker had killed the rancor.
As a seasoned performer, Sant possessed exceptional skills as both a singer and dancer, gracing numerous venues throughout the galaxy with her talents.
Rystáll Sant made her initial appearance in the 1997 Special Edition re-release of Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, where she was incorporated into the dance sequence within Jabba's Palace. Her portrayal was brought to life by dancer Mercedes Ngoh.
