Publisher's summary[3]
A LONG, LONG TIME AGO
IN A GALAXY FAR, FAR AWAY...
"This weapon belongs to a Jedi Knight... It's not clumsy or random like a blaster. It is an elegant weapon that represents a more civilized age. The Jedi Knights were the most powerful and respected force in the galaxy for over a thousand generations... They were the guardians of peace and justice during the Old Republic."
With these words, Obi-Wan Kenobi alluded to a grand legend: the era of the Jedi Knights.
Join us as we journey to those majestic times, which occurred 4,000 years prior to the birth of Luke Skywalker. Observe the perilous trials faced by the young Jedi Ulic Qel-Droma, as well as the tragedy that transforms Nomi Sunrider into one of the greatest Jedi of her time!
Then, witness Ulic Qel-Droma and Nomi Sunrider as they are challenged once more by the dark times of the Freedon Nadd Uprising.
