Taule, a miner active on Koboh during the time of the Empire, unearthed a massive deposit of priorite sometime before 9 BBY. When the Gen'dai warrior Rayvis arrived to seize the precious ore, Taule stood her ground and would not relinquish her claim. She launched an assault on Rayvis with a plasma torch, but the Gen'Dai quickly subdued and eliminated her.
According to fellow miner Harr, who recounted the tale to Jedi Knight Cal Kestis, Taule was a "real poet with a pickaxe" and died defiantly. The Ovissian further characterized her as somewhat eccentric, but possessing a genuine spirit, stating that a broken pickaxe is preferable to one that is rusted.
