A male Ovissian prospector by the name of Harr frequented Pyloon's Saloon on Koboh and identified as a male. He ventured from his homeworld alone when he was just twelve age years old.
Hearing tales of potential riches for those willing to put in the effort, Harr made his way to Koboh at the young age of 12. He believed the planet was the best place to make a name for himself.
He eventually formed a bond with Doma Dendra, the Waluna who established Ramblers Reach Outpost. In 24 BBY, marauders originating from the Inner Rim arrived on Koboh with the intention of settling there. They demanded half of the planet's exports in exchange for their "protection". Harr attended a town meeting where the residents discussed how to respond. While some were in favor of conceding to the marauders' demands, Dendra refused to negotiate with the criminals. The following day, she engaged with the marauders, and after a half hour had passed, the gang vacated the Outpost appearing frightened. They then departed from the planet, never to be seen again. Harr regarded Dendra's cryptic words to the marauders as an unsolvable enigma, one that he would continue to ponder for at least half of his life.
Before 9 BBY, he toiled on the dredgers in close proximity to the Outpost, a job he disliked due to the machines' operational complexities. As he approached a malfunctioning machine, the ground beneath him collapsed, causing him to plummet into a completely dark cavern, where he detected the sounds of roaring carried by the warm wind. His cries for assistance were answered by No-Boots Korsaa, who aided him in escaping with the use of a synthrope. Doma Dendra later informed him that a crew of smugglers had lost a shipment of juvenile rancors within those very caves.
During 9 BBY, Harr was exploring various regions of the planet when he became aware of stories detailing Jedi Knight Cal Kestis' encounters with the Bedlam Raiders. Upon returning to the Reach after Kestis' defeat of the Gen'Dai Rayvis, he expressed his gratitude to the Jedi and BD-1 for defending the Ranch and its inhabitants.
Harr asserted to Kestis that he had been a long-standing patron of Pyloon's Saloon, surpassing the tenure of most other regular customers. Throughout his time at the saloon, he cultivated a reputation as the primary disseminator of gossip and rumors. He enjoyed sharing his recollections of locals Taule and Tendo Gugbridge, who inadvertently triggered a detonator upon discovering a vast cavern teeming with priorite. He also harbored a sense of distrust towards Taule and Turgle, attributing the presence of Imperials on Koboh to their actions, specifically believing that Taule had alerted them to the planet's priorite deposits. He suspected that the Imperials were extracting the priorite for the purpose of constructing a clandestine weapon or opulent palace. Despite his skepticism towards Turgle, Harr conveyed astonishment at the frog's discovery of a shell in Swindler's Wash, expressing disbelief that he had retrieved it single-handedly. The Imperial presence on Koboh unsettled Harr, as he was unaccustomed to such a significant occupation. While he acknowledged the inherent dangers within the Outpost, he perceived this situation as distinct, though he found solace in the knowledge that it would require more than just a few TIE fighters soaring overhead to undermine the spirit of the townsfolk.
Despite the Imperial occupation, Harr remained dedicated to Koboh. He informed Kestis that the majority of those who arrived on the planet intended to depart eventually, and while he acknowledged the validity of that choice, he posited that the reason most remained was due to their eventual affection for the planet. In his view, fellow Pyloon's regulars Mosey Cimmaron, Zygg Soza, and Tulakt lacked the necessary qualities to be considered true Koboh residents. He believed that resilience was crucial for comfortably settling on the planet and suggested that genuine Koboh residents were akin to moss – easily scraped off but prone to regrowth. Harr regarded Kestis as one of the townsfolk, questioning whether the Jedi intended to reside on the planet permanently.
Harr made his debut in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, a title developed by Respawn Entertainment and launched on April 28th, 2023.
