Thea, a female Nautolan from the legends timeline, worked as an information broker during the era of the Galactic War. After the Eternal Empire's conquest, Zakuul became the galactic capital, and Thea moved to Zakuul's Old World, where intel was highly prized. She became an aide to SCORPIO, known as "The Lady of Sorrows." In 3631 BBY, Thea got in touch with The Exalted concerning the Heralds of Zildrog's murder of Mona Gale, offering his captured son, Brennen, as a lure to bring the Exalted to the Razor. When the Heralds arrived to meet the Lady, they were defeated and killed. SCORPIO herself killed the Exalted, turning Brennen into the new Exalted to lead the Heralds. After a conversation with The Commander, who came with Senya Tirall and Koth Vortena, SCORPIO chose to leave with them, leaving Thea to continue the operations.
SCORPIO eventually aligned with the Outlander's Alliance against Zakuul, but she betrayed and abandoned it when she saw an opportunity to take the Eternal Throne. She used the Throne to gain control of most of the Eternal Fleet and orchestrated the Battle of Odessen to achieve complete dominance. Following the Battle, SCORPIO contacted Thea, who confirmed that she now controlled every vessel in the fleet, which allowed SCORPIO to give free will to all the GEMINI Captains in the fleet.
