Tika Sileste was a female Selonian who resided on the planet Talus during the era of the Galactic Civil War.
Tika Sileste was a member of the Selonian sept known as the Neetha Den. This particular den made their home within a cave situated close to the city of Nashal, which was located on Talus within the Corellian system.
Following the Battle of Yavin, several members of the den were taken prisoner by the Talusian Smugglers. These smugglers held the Selonians as hostages, intending to coerce the remaining members of the den into performing mining operations for them. By 1 ABY, the Corellian Security Force had become aware of this situation; however, they were unable to directly intervene in Selonian affairs. Consequently, Agent Taarna enlisted the help of an independent spacer to assist the Selonians without involving CorSec directly. This spacer encountered Kiki Dorente, an advisor to the den mother, and the Selonians agreed to accept the spacer's help. After the spacer conducted a scouting mission of the Smuggler Base, the location where the den members were supposedly held, the Selonians formulated a plan to counter the smugglers. Kiki Dorente dispatched the spacer back to the smuggler base with the task of gathering intel on the destinations of the cargo shuttles departing from the base. Ravi Thienta requested that the spacer retrieve stolen supplies belonging to the Selonians and destroy the smugglers' weapons cache. Lika Fimente assigned the spacer the mission of locating the captive Selonians held within the base. Moreover, Tika Sileste tasked the spacer with eliminating the smuggler guards and destroying the droids present in the base. Despite the spacer successfully completing the majority of these objectives, the assault only yielded a partial victory. The spacer managed to defeat most of the smugglers, including their leader, and severely impair their capacity to exploit the Selonians. Nonetheless, the spacer discovered that the captive Selonians had already been transported to Ord Mantell and sold into slavery. With the issue involving the smugglers resolved, the spacer eventually made their way back to the Selonian cave and was rewarded by Tika Sileste for their efforts.
Tika Sileste made an appearance as a non-playable character within the Star Wars Galaxies video game. This game was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game, developed by Sony and published by LucasArts. The game was shut down on December 15, 2011. Tika Sileste's inclusion in the game occurred with the release of the update titled "Chapter 1: The Corellian Captives," which was made available on June 8, 2006.
