Todouhar was a minor world of the terrestrial type which possessed a spaceport, existing during the age known as the High Republic Era. Sometime in the period between 235 BBY and 230 BBY, Affie Hollow and Leox Gyasi, who were pilots of the Vessel starship, made a stop at the planet's spaceport where they came across pilot Koley Linn, who was Gyasi's rival. In an attempt to leave the pair stranded on Todouhar, Linn bought all of the available fuel at the spaceport, which resulted in Hollow and Gyasi being forced to remain there for an additional three days. In 230 BBY, Hollow encountered Linn on the Starlight Beacon space station and reflected on the few negative times she had interacted with the man, including their meeting on Todouhar. She also considered the years of resentment he harbored toward Gyasi, in addition to his more recent issue with her.
The 2022 novel titled The High Republic: The Fallen Star featured Todouhar. Claudia Gray penned the novel, which was part of Phase I of the Star Wars: The High Republic project, which spans multiple forms of media.
