Designated Transport 651, and alternatively referred to as Freighter 651, this vessel was an Imperial Gozanti-class cruiser. During 5 BBY, ISB Agent Kallus utilized it to set a snare intended for a rebel cell. The rebel group received intelligence concerning the transport from the underworld figure Cikatro Vizago, who indicated it held Wookiee captives. Kallus diverted the actual transport, and the rebel starship linked with Transport 651 presenting the false ID of Starbird. After docking, the crew proceeded to liberate the Wookiees, only to encounter a unit of stormtroopers. While a portion of the team managed to flee, another member set detonators. To activate the ambush, Kallus summoned an Imperial Star Destroyer and was met by the vessel's commanding officer. Subsequently, the agent guided both the freighter and the rebel starship into the ISD's primary docking bay, but the rebels detached, and the detonators were triggered, resulting in the destruction of Transport 651.
