Ucce, known as Lady, was a member of the Empire Reborn. This faction was under the leadership of Hethrir, a Dark Jedi who previously held the position of Procurator of Justice within the Imperial regime. Possessing considerable wealth and influence, she commanded extensive assets, including starships, and maintained a retinue of followers and slaves. An individual characterized by starburst-like protrusions attended to her needs.
In 14 ABY, Ucce attended a gathering with Hethrir alongside Lords Qaqquqqu and Cnorec. In response to Hethrir's proposition to return the three-year-old Anakin Solo to his place of origin, she proposed erasing Anakin's memories before his return, ultimately praising Hethrir's wisdom. Mirroring Qaqquqqu and Cnorec, she participated in an auction for enslaved children held aboard Hethrir's Worldcraft. Ultimately, she secured the winning bid, granting her the authority to trade them as slaves to Imperial loyalists at Crseih Station, a trade hub supporting Hethrir's endeavors.
During that same assembly, both she and Qaqquqqu observed Hethrir employ the Force to execute Cnorec for dissenting opinions. Subsequently, she was present at a ritual held at Crseih Station, intended to sacrifice Anakin Solo to Waru.
