A criminal organization operated throughout the Cold War era, a time of conflict between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Back in 3642 BBY, the group sought retribution against Archiban Kimble, a combat medic, due to a swindle involving a large sum of credits for spice that never arrived. They abducted his former fiancé, Prudy, leading Kimble to undertake a rescue mission aided by the Republic Customs Office.

This criminal organization was active during the Cold War period, a time of tension between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, during which its members had a run-in with Archiban Kimble, the combat medic. Known to them as "Doc Operator," Kimble offered the gang a shipment of highly sought-after spice, but cheated them out of a considerable amount of credits when the spice never materialized. With the misappropriated funds, Kimble established a refugee hospital on the planet of Alderaan for his fiancée, Prudy, although their engagement was later dissolved.
Eventually, however, the gang managed to locate their stolen credits and discovered Prudy's hospital in 3642 BBY. They took Prudy as a hostage, attempting to coerce Kimble into handing over either the spice or the credits. Kimble's attempt to infiltrate the gang as an undercover agent for the Republic Customs Office backfired when he was forced to take Prudy's place as the gang's captive. Luckily for Kimble, Republic hostage negotiators ultimately secured his release—but only after the gangsters had destroyed Prudy's hospital by burning it down.
This gang was initially referenced in the 2011 video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, specifically in the conversation titled "Best Intentions" with Kimble, the Jedi Knight companion, also known as Doc. The original plan was for a full mission where the player would confront the gang's leader, Cazzush, on Alderaan alongside Doc. However, this version was removed from the game and replaced with the scenario involving Republic Customs.
