Unidentified Duros bounty hunter

During the time of the Empire's Reign, a hunter of bounties of the Duros race was seen in a drinking establishment located on the world of Lothal. This occurred not long before the endeavor to liberate the Jedi Master known as Kanan Jarrus.

Life Story

By the time of the Imperial Era, a Duros had taken up the profession of bounty hunter. Around 5 BBY or perhaps 4 BBY, he could be found inside a cantina on Lothal. His purpose there was to collect a reward for capturing a Jedi, who he believed was hiding on the planet.

As the Duros enjoyed a drink, he was approached by Fissol and Gowski. These two were also bounty hunters, and they inquired if he possessed any information regarding the Jedi's location. Initially reluctant to divulge what he knew, the Duros eventually gave in and shared his knowledge. After Fissol and Gowski departed, leaving the Duros injured, he wrapped a bandage around his head and remained in the bar.

Later, time passed, and Fissol and Gowski came back to the cantina. Without the Duros knowing, they had actually come across the Jedi they were seeking, Kanan Jarrus, along with his Padawan Learner, Ezra Bridger. However, instead of capturing them, their memories had been erased. Furthermore, they had been subjected to a mind influencing technique that compelled them to locate their informant and exact revenge for revealing the Jedi's whereabouts. Gowski and Fissol had returned to carry out this revenge on the Duros.

Characteristics

This Duros was a fearful individual with light-blue skin and red eyes. He wore a blue shirt with yellow markings, and he also had a white bandage on his head as a result of his encounter with Fissol and Gowski.

Production Notes

The Duros bounty hunter first appeared in "Eyes on the Prize", a serialized comic created by Jeremy Barlow and Bob Molesworth, which was published in Star Wars Rebels Magazine 6.[1]
